1General Terms

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the 8q888 platform and all services under it. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between the user and 8q888.

By accessing the platform, creating an account, or starting to use any service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the platform.

8q888 reserves the right to change, amend, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continuing to use the platform after updated Terms are published means you have accepted the changes. It is entirely your responsibility to stay informed about the latest Terms.

2Eligibility & Age Requirement

To open an account and use the services on 8q888, you must meet the following conditions:

• You must be at least 21 years of age.
• You must be of sound mind and capable of making your own decisions.
• You must not be subject to any restriction that prevents you from participating in online gaming or betting activities.
• You are operating the account in your own name and for your own benefit — not on behalf of anyone else.
• If you are enrolled in a self-exclusion program, you will not be permitted to open a new account.

8q888 may request identity documents or other verification materials at any time for age verification purposes. Withdrawals may be held until verification is complete.

3Account Registration & Management

Each user may open only one account. If a single person is found to hold multiple accounts, all accounts will be closed immediately and balances may be forfeited.

The information you are required to provide when registering an account is:

• Full legal name (as shown on your national identity card)
• Active mobile number
• Actual date of birth
• Preferred password

8q888 reserves the right to close an account and cancel any rewards earned if false or incomplete information is provided. You are fully responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Never share your password with anyone.

4Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

Deposit

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 (per method).
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket.
• Deposited funds are generally credited to the account instantly.
• You must use a mobile banking account registered in your own name when making a deposit.

Withdrawal

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
• Withdrawals are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes.
• Withdrawal requests must be made using the same payment method that was used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if account verification has not been completed.
• Funds earned from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement for that bonus has been met.

Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank. 8q888 does not support any direct bank transfer method.

5Bonuses & Promotional Offers

Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,200 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,200. Alternatively, depositing ৳34,000 gives the maximum ৳20,000 bonus, for a total balance of ৳54,000.

Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times the bonus amount (on the bonus only, not the original deposit). Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 10 = a total of ৳12,000 must be wagered before funds earned from the bonus become withdrawable.

General Bonus Rules

• Each bonus offer is subject to its own terms — please read the offer details carefully.
• Using multiple accounts to take advantage of bonus offers is strictly prohibited.
• Expired bonus offers will be cancelled automatically.
• 8q888 reserves the right to modify or withdraw any bonus or promotion.
• If evidence of bonus abuse is found, the account involved and all bonuses will be cancelled.

6Fair Play Policy

8q888 is committed to maintaining a fair and transparent gaming environment. Our platform uses SSL encryption and secure servers.

All game outcomes are determined by a verifiable Random Number Generator (RNG) system, free from any external interference. No officer or employee of 8q888 is able to influence game outcomes.

If a technical error or connectivity issue creates uncertainty about the outcome of a bet, 8q888 reserves the right to void that bet and return the original stake. In such cases, 8q888's decision is final.

7Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 8q888 platform:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Opening or operating an account using another person's identity.
• Using bots or automated software to play games.
• Applying deliberate betting strategies with the intent to abuse bonus offers.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Hacking the system, exploiting vulnerabilities, or attempting to breach platform security.
• Harassing or defrauding other users.
• Attempting to bypass the account verification process by providing false information.

If evidence of involvement in any of the above activities is found, the account will be permanently closed, all balances will be forfeited, and legal action may be taken if necessary.
